Our history
Career Inspiration was founded by Julie Barton, a Career Development Practitioner, Coach, Mentor and Trainer. Julie heads up Career Inspiration as leader and head coach, trainer and workshop facilitator, drawing on other industry network contacts when needed.
Julie has coached, trained and supported over 5000 people individually or as part of a team, from senior executives to blue-collar workers across a diverse range of industries.
Career Inspiration are experts at achieving tangible results by leveraging the principles of human behaviour, and utilising our expertise in coaching, training, and development, as well as first-hand leadership experience.

Julie has over 25 years of experience, specialising in leadership development, one-on-one coaching, team coaching, workshop design and delivery, and career outplacement support.
